I love this place. ! I take all my pets , plus all my rescues / fosters here as well. The staff is always very nice, parking is easy, the lobby is big and has plenty of waiting space / seating. It's wonderful.

Literally the best vet I have ever been to. My dog Leia was taken great care of. I even got a follow up text asking how she was. I felt so welcomed by the amazing front desk ladies. I will forever go to this vet. 100000000/10 service!!!!

I love this place! From the front desk down everyone is professional and they truly care about pets. My latest experience prompted me to write a review. The care they provided my dog was excellent. They provided options and suggestions based on my baby. I highly recommend this place!

The folks that works there are awesome from front desk folks to technicians to Doctors. I recently visited with my cat and had some issues and I was unable to carry my cat in carrier inside due to some health issues. They all pitched in and carried my cat from car to exam room then back out to car. I so appreciate all of them.

I have been going to these guys for about 30 years. I have had mostly excellent visits. These people are human and so am I, so there have been a couple of issues, but if you let them know about it, I guarantee you they will fix it, if they can. Anybody can make a mistake, it is not always clear cut. The circle of life happens whether we like it or not, sometimes no matter how hard we try. I have never felt like they mistreated my animals. I am glad to see so many great reviews, more good than bad. So keep up the good work. I have always felt like they really really cared about me and my pet.

I have nothing but good things to say about them. My rescue kitten was in such bad shape! She had bacterial/fungal infections on her skin, she was eaten up with fleas, and was losing her hair, and the poor baby had scabs from head to toe, and she was chewing her tail bald, putting huge scabs on her tail! She looks like a totally different kitten! They didn't stop until she was better! It took us a few visits to get it figured out and taken care of but I'm amazed at how healthy my baby is now! I can't thank them enough for what they did for my little Squirt! She is happy and healthy! She still has some mental scars, but physically you can't even tell anything was ever wrong with her! Thank you for fixing my little BFF!! I don't have before pictures because she went straight to the vet! I wish I would have taken some so you could see just how much they did for her! Imagine a kitten looking like she was eaten up with mange. That was my Squirt

My dogs have been going to McDonough animal Hospital for well over 10 years. I have absolutely no complaints. They have provided wellness care, last minute vaccinations so that I could board my animals when I traveled and sick care over the years at a moments notice. Recently, I had to make a decision to let my fur daughter go to dog heaven, and as hard as it was, the entire staff there really cared and genuinely were there for me through the toughest time that I had ever experienced. They made sure that I felt comfortable, just as comfortable as she was even in the worst moment, as I would feel of her life, and while I walked away without her, they made sure they gave me special parts of her to keep fur-ever. And even after two weeks of the hardest time right now for my family and my other furbaby, I went to the mail today and the entire staff, including the veterinarians personally signed a card and sent it to my home- where my sweet baby now rests in her special place. That meant the world to us. This jewel of a vet will always be a choice for my family.

I just want to thank the entire team here for being so kind and caring for our pets ! They have been helping us navigate the care of our 17 year old cat who has been diagnosed with diabetes . They have been very helpful and understanding and supportive!
